1. Order processing time

Your order will be processed in 48 hrs (From Monday to Friday GMT +8)

2. Shipping time

For General products:

1-3 business days in the USA.

7-15 business days outside the USA.

For Customized products:

4-8 business days in the US.(7-11 business day for Micro SD Card)

4-15 business days outside the USA.

3. Delayed shipping & Overdue Delivery

You can request a refund, discount, or reject to accept the package if the shipping is delayed or the deliver time is overdue, send an email to topesel@topesel.net to get the person to person service.

Easy Return & 30-Day Money Back

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.

For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs, TOPESEL refunds the cost of the product itself.

12-Month Warranty

Each TOPESEL product you purchased from regulated channels has a 12-month warranty from the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address, and our warranty covers all issues that related quality or manufacture.
